Our Women's Conference - Currents of Change will feature engaging speakers, open discussion, and participatory workshops. We'll have activities for kids, an art auction to raise money for the Jayme Biendl Scholarship, and much more. Lunch will be provided for all participants.

WOMEN'S CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• Fun, educational workshops focused on organizing, leadership skills, and pro-worker policymaking;
• Our keynote speaker will be Samantha Kantak, the first woman president of Teamsters Joint Council 28;
• A fundraiser art auction with beaded art, quilts, crocheting, cross-stitching, painting, photography, and more.
• Karen Carsten, a member at Pierce County, will be DJing at the event;
• Family-friendly with on-site childcare provided;
• Did I mention the delicious lunch?!
