Dave is a Corrections Officer at the Monroe Correctional Complex. As an employee of 24 years and an experienced shop steward, Dave goes toe-to-toe with the Washington State Department of Corrections every day. He works on the front lines to improve working conditions for Teamsters at the DOC.
