SPENCER NATHAN THAL, J.D., Consejero General
LegalDept.Spencer.Thal.jpgSpencer obtuvo su licenciatura en Jurisprudencia en la Universidad de Oxford, en Inglaterra, y su título de abogado en la Escuela de Derecho de Columbia, en la ciudad de Nueva York. 

In 1992, he joined the law firm of Schwerin, Burns, Campbell & French. He worked closely with John Burns representing several labor unions, including the Teamsters Union, in all aspects of labor and employment law. 

Spencer joined the Teamsters Union as an in-house Staff Attorney for Local 117 in December of 1996. He has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and lawsuits for Local 117. He provides legal advice to the representational staff, shop stewards, and members.
