Your DOC Contract Ratification meetings for DOC 2021-2023 Contract are coming up soon. They will be held via Zoom between August 4 and August 13.

Please attend one of these meetings to understand why your bargaining committee is unanimously recommending a "NO" VOTE on the State’s response to our Union’s economic proposal.

The times of the Contract Ratification meetings are as follow:

• Wednesday, August 4 at 6PM
• Friday, August 6 at 7AM
• Tuesday, August 10 at 11AM
• Friday, August 13 at 8AM

Please register in advance for these meetings.

Voting on your contract will take place electronically and will begin Monday, August 9th at 8AM and end Friday, August 13th at 5PM.

You will receive an email and a text message from your Union containing your voting link. The link you will receive is specifically generated for you and can only be utilized ONCE whether you choose to follow it via text or email.

Please do not forward or share your unique link with anyone else as this will void your vote.

Please watch for an email and a text from your Union containing the voting link by the end of the week. DO NOT forward the link to anyone else to make sure that your vote is properly recorded.
