Heads up, Pierce County Teamsters! Got a kid headed off to college or trade school this year? If so, take note.

The Jerry Beckendorf Scholarship through the Pierce County Labor Council, AFL-CIO has just come online for 2025. The program offers scholarships to the children of Union members living in Pierce County, including members of Teamsters 117. 

Deadline to submit applications is: March 27, 2025

So if you've got a high achiever in the house or just a good kid with a powerful story to tell, be sure to encourage them to apply here.
