Teamsters Local 117 is now accepting applications for the Jayme Biendl Working Womxn's scholarship. The deadline for submitting your application is May 31, 2023.

The Jayme Biendl Working Womxn scholarship was established by our Teamsters Women's Committee in memory of Officer Jayme Biendl of the Monroe Correctional Complex who was killed in the line of duty in 2011.  

En 2022, el Comité de Mujeres de Teamsters Local 117 otorgará tres becas a mujeres miembros y dependientes que reúnan los requisitos necesarios. El término "womxn" se utiliza para incluir a todas las personas que se identifican como mujeres. La beca debe ser utilizada para la educación continua o un programa de formación/profesional.
