We will be holding contract update meetings and contract ratification votes for all Teamsters who work at King County. At the meetings, you will have an opportunity to review the Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) tentative agreement covering wages and benefits from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028 and your individual bargaining unit's appendix or "small table" agreement.

Prior to the Contract Ratification Meeting for your group, please review the CLA documents and your individual unit's agreement here as they become available.

Voting on your contract will take place electronically through ElectionBuddy by email and/or text message. Check your email for voting windows for your individual bargaining unit.

Prior to the voting window for your group, you will receive an email and/or text with a link to your authenticated ballot. The documents you are voting on will be attached to the ballot. Make sure you vote during your unit's voting window. If you have questions, please contact your Union Representative.

Please check your email for the dates, times, and locations for the contract ratification meeting for your individual bargaining unit. You must be a member in good standing to attend the meetings and vote on your contract.
