The wage increase, bonus, and the range increases for our Department of Corrections members that were achieved through the collective bargaining and interest arbitration process will take effect July 1, 2022.
This includes a general wage increase of 4% for all members of the bargaining unit, a one-time bonus of $1500 for all classifications, and range increases for the 57 classifications listed here.
OFM announced in May that a few additional DOC classifications will also be receiving range increases as a part of ESSB 5693, the State's Supplemental Operating Budget. Those classifications can be found here.
